Yes, as we know in the USA McDonald's pays the minimum wage as the salary to its employees and their total business model is based on this, similarly in India IT companies like Infosys/Wipro pay 3-4 LPA to their freshers and salary growth rate is also very slow there.

Many people ask why the salary of Infosys/Wipro never increased in the last 10-15 years and the reason for that is their whole business model is based on the salary of their employees and they don't want any specific talent in freshers same as MacDonalds.

Infosys/Wipro being a service-based company whole business model is to get high payments from their clients for one employee and pay as little as possible to their employees and for many freshers who don't have any specific skills in their bucket 3-4 LPA is still good salary to start in 2024.
