Vijay Shekhar Sharma Resigned from the Paytm Chairman post. Vijay Shekhar Sharma the chairman of Paytm Payments Bank resigned from his position before the 15th of March deadline given by RBI. Paytm is an Indian Fintech Company that provides services like Online money transfer, Utility bill payments etc, and covers around 33% market share. Recently RBI (Indian Central Bank) gave a notice to Paytm Payments Bank to shut down its services till 15th March 2024 for not following its guidelines. After Paytm banned news other apps like Phonepe and Amazon Pe gained benefits, and customers from Paytm joined them at a rapid speed.
