MIS Job Title: MIS Executive - Analytics

Responsibilities: Collect, compile, and analyze data. Generate reports on recruiting metrics. Analyze feedback from internal surveys. Communicate with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience: Graduate in any discipline, 2018+ graduates, Advanced Excel proficiency, Experience in MIS on Excel, Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication skills.
