Job Overview

We seek a talented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team at KaptureCX. The BI Analyst will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights, providing valuable business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making and optimize performance.


Key Responsibilities



  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, market dynamics, and business performance.

  • Report Generation: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings and key metrics in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.

  • Forecasting and Predictive Modeling: Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast future trends, anticipate customer needs, and support strategic planning initiatives.

  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data through data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. 

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
