Paytm deadline extended till 15 March.

Recently RBI announced the ban on Paytm payments bank services after 29th Feb 2024 but now RBI extended this deadline by 15 days and now you can use Paytm bank services till 15th March 2024.

Paytm got this ban because of not following RBI guidelines and allowing many illegal activities like allowing multiple accounts on a single PAN number etc.

Paytm's other services like Paytm QR codes available on merchants will work the same as before but they have to link their QR code with any other bank like Axis Bank, SBI, etc.

Customers can't deposit any more money after 15th March but if you have some money left in your bank account or wallet then you can use it after 15th March also. Read more.
