Why do IT Jobs Suck?



While IT is a booming Industry, and many people want to be IT Professionals many end up disliking it, and the core reasons for that are below - 


1)Joined just for the Money - Many people join IT jobs only because of the high salary which IT jobs pay and don't have any real liking for the job roles then this kind of people end up disliking the jobs as money can't drive you long in any career.


2) High-Pressure job - Many IT jobs are of 24x7 role, and you have to work in different shifts and also have to work on live projects where you don't have much time to correct mistakes. So, every time you work under a pressure environment which is not liked by many people.


3)Constant Learning - The IT sector is the only sector where you have to enhance your skills very frequently something that works today may not work tomorrow. So many people can't keep up with this and end up either disliking or finally leaving this Sector.


4)Job Insecurity -
With advancements in technologies like AI or because of recession many people end up losing their jobs in the IT sector which results in developing insecurity about IT sector jobs.
